During the meeting 45 papers will be presented orally in 3 sessions, approximately 10 minutes each one (May 20th and 21th)
The deadline for submission of abstracts of these papers (300 words) will be open until 5 May 2010. The proposed papers will always be practical and theoretical work that address some of the following topics:

Development cooperation, education and ICT

Virtual learning environments and teaching
-
Other forms of cooperation
Before May 5, 2010 a response will be sent to these proposals with the decision that the reviewers have taken on their compliance with the objectives and themes of the III Congress EDTC.
The author / s should submit the complete text of the paper before May 15, 2010 (non-extendable). Only paper arrivals on time will be published in CD Proceedings (ISBN). The expected number of accepted and published papers in the Proceedings CD (ISBN) is 45.
It is necessary that at least one of the authors of the paper is properly enrolled in the 3rd EDTC Conference
The best 20 papers, according to assessment and interest, will be proposed (June, 2010) for reprocessing and subsequently publication as a chapter of the book (ISBN) ICT units in Education and Cooperation.
